Vitamin D supplements don’t improve bone health, major study finds

A recent British study echoes studies done in this country, published in the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).

These studies all say that high levels of Vitamin D and Calcium do NOTHING to help bone loss.

Add this to the fact that Vitamin D is the only vitamin with IRREVERSIBLY toxic side effects, we should all take care not to take too much.
